By accessing nakwin, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nakwin regarding your use of the platform.
nakwin is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
All nakwin account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nakwin is not responsible for currency conversion losses on your end.
All promotional offers and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Abuse of bonus systems, including multi-accounting, will result in account termination.
nakwin provides deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools. Players are responsible for using these tools. nakwin may impose limits on accounts showing signs of problem gambling.
nakwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.1 These Terms, together with the nakwin Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published on the nakwin platform, form the entire agreement between you and nakwin.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific rules or promotional terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use nakwin. This is an absolute requirement. nakwin strictly prohibits access by persons under 21.
2.2 By registering an account on nakwin, you represent and warrant that:

3.1 Each player may hold only one (1) active account on nakwin. The operation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. nakwin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nakwin account credentials, including your username and password. nakwin will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
3.4 You must notify nakwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. nakwin will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to such notification.
3.5 nakwin reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.
4.1 All deposits to and withdrawals from nakwin are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). nakwin supports the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank bank transfer, CIMB bank transfer, Public Bank bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency, subject to availability.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your nakwin account, or to a verified bank account registered in your name. nakwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.4 nakwin aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for e-wallets and within 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to security checks. nakwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 nakwin reserves the right to void and reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is found to be fraudulent, erroneous, or made in breach of these Terms.
4.6 Players are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings under Malaysian tax law or the law of their jurisdiction. nakwin does not provide tax advice.
5.1 All bets placed on nakwin are final once confirmed. nakwin does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances where an obvious error has occurred (as determined by nakwin in its sole discretion).
5.2 In the event of a technical failure, system error, or game malfunction that affects the outcome of a wager, nakwin reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake. nakwin's decision in such matters is final.
5.3 nakwin reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits on any game or market at any time. Where a bet is placed that exceeds an applicable limit, nakwin may reduce the bet to the permitted maximum without prior notice.
5.4 nakwin reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe the outcome was the result of match-fixing, manipulation, collusion, or any other form of corruption.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on nakwin are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game restrictions. These terms are published alongside each offer.
6.2 nakwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly stated. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
6.4 nakwin reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings from any player who is found to have abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse as determined by nakwin.
7.1 You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using nakwin:
7.2 Any breach of Section 7.1 will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.
8.1 nakwin is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible directly from your account dashboard.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected. During a self-exclusion period, nakwin will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account, including blocking re-registration attempts. nakwin cannot guarantee absolute prevention of access if you actively circumvent these measures.
8.3 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your nakwin account settings and to seek independent support.
8.4 nakwin reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account without prior consent where we have reasonable grounds to believe a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.
9.1 All content on the nakwin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of nakwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the nakwin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any nakwin content.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nakwin's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your nakwin account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 nakwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the nakwin platform.
10.3 nakwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. nakwin will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption to players.
11.1 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by nakwin is governed by the nakwin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using nakwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which nakwin holds its operating licence.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and nakwin, you should first contact nakwin support at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. nakwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving written notice.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
